WhaT to Expect
Classes with Angela are located at her home studio in Fort St. John, BC. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Please wear clothing that you can move in. No need for special foot wear as we work in bare feet. Feel free to bring a mat if you have one. Blocks, bolsters, belts will be provided.
You will be asked to fill in a brief health history which will help Angela provide any modifications your body might need, as well as any additional movement prescriptions for your areas of concern.
It is suggested that you don't have a full meal within 2 hours of your class to prevent discomfort. Sessions start promptly and the door will be locked at the start time to allow for a peaceful contemplative space.
